FCBA Begins the New Year with Membership, Website and CLE Improvements

Published: March 26, 2023

New Rolling Membership Terms!

The NDNY-FCBA has launched a new membership portal with a “rolling” membership structure. In order to maximize the value that our members receive for their annual dues, rolling (or “anniversary”) memberships will begin on the day they are purchased and will be valid for one year – that means you can join at any time of the year and receive a full year of membership!

Unsure of Your Current Membership Status?

The easiest way to check your status is to log in to the website with your email address and check your Membership Status; or contact Tina Chericoni Versaci at [email protected] for help.

The FCBA’s New Website Is Now Live!

The NDNY Federal Court Bar Association is proud to announce the launch of its new and improved website! Our new website is the go-to resource for attorneys practicing in the Northern District of New York and includes access to CLEs, upcoming events, and other helpful resources for federal practitioners. Stay up-to-date on the latest news and events in the Northern District by visiting our new website today at www.ndnyfcba.org.  Learn more about FCBA Membership and navigating our new website by visiting our FAQs page.

Login Help Is Here!

If you were a member of the FCBA in 2021 or 2022, and your email address has not changed, we have migrated your information to the new site and you should be able to log in with your email address. You will be prompted to reset your password.  If you were not a member in 2021 or 2022 or if your information has changed, you will simply create a new account. This is the best way for us to ensure that we bring only the most up-to-date information to our new platform. Don’t worry if you don’t recall when you were last a member: if you log in and your email address is not recognized, simply create a new account and your new information will be captured. Questions? We are here to help!  Email Tina Chericoni Versaci at [email protected].

Video-on-Demand CLE Programming

FCBA Members can now access past CLE videos and materials, and earn CLE credit.

How do I get credit for viewing a pre-recorded CLE?
In order to receive credit for a pre-recorded CLE you must download and complete the New York State attorney affirmation form. Throughout the recording, you will hear a code, or codes, depending on the length of the program. Simply record the code(s) on the form in the space provided, sign the affirmation and return it to the FCBA director at [email protected].  A certificate of attendance will be provided as soon as possible.  Attorneys should retain a copy of the affirmations along with their New York CLE certificate of attendance.
