Alan Nelson: Second Circuit Case Budgeting Attorney (2:00pm-2:50pm): Alan is located in the Second Circuit Executive’s Office but work at both the District and Circuit levels. Alan started as the Second Circuit’s Case Budgeting Manager on May 4, 2020. Prior to that, he practiced for 30 years as a CJA panel attorney in the SDNY & EDNY, Capital, Habeas & 2nd Circuit Panels.  Efficient techniques in defending federal narcotics cases.
