Membership

Members of the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association enjoy free attendance at CLE programming, access to members-only resources on the NDNY-FCBA website, and other benefits.

As of January 1, 2024, membership dues for attorneys admitted one year or more is $125 for 12 months. You may choose an annual membership with or without auto-renewal (see below).  Memberships will begin on the day they are purchased and will be valid for one year (i.e., new and renewing members can join at any time of the year and receive a full year of membership).

Membership With Auto-Renewal:  Auto-renewals allow members to effortlessly continue their subscription services without service interruption. Memberships that expire on or after November 1, 2024, will be given the option to choose auto-renewals when they renew for the next membership cycle.  Pricing for the renewal term will be the annual membership cost in effect as of the commencement of the renewal term.  30 days prior to expiration you will receive notice of your upcoming auto-renewal and the opportunity decline renewal.  Please note, the FCBA does not maintain or have access to any financial account information. 

Memberships without Auto-Renewal: If you choose this option, your membership will expire 12 months after purchase.  You will be notified approximately 30 days in advance of your membership expiration and will need to manually renew your membership for the next 12 months.  

Pay online or with a check: We encourage you to use the website to apply for or renew your membership. Please click on the membership product that you wish to purchase below.  You may also mail a check for $125 payable to “NDNY-FCBA, Inc.” Our mailing address is NDNY-FCBA, PO box 7067, Syracuse, NY 13261-7067.

Waivers: Dues are waived for first-year attorneys and recent law school graduates who certify that they will be applying for admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York as newly-admitted attorneys.
