This CLE examines emerging ethical and practical challenges facing lawyers in the digital courtroom, including cybersecurity threats to privileged information, litigation data, evidence, and judicial records; AI-generated hallucinations and professional responsibility; and the “AI Legal Twin,” including lawyers’ duties under Rules 1.1 and 5.3 when training and supervising models on their own work product.

This CLE program will provide practical, hands-on guidance on using hyperlinks and bookmarks to enhance the clarity, accessibility, and professionalism of legal filings. Attendees will learn how to efficiently link citations and record materials, organize documents for ease of navigation, and apply best practices that improve the Court’s ability to review and engage with their submissions.
