NDNY-Federal Court Bar Association Dues are waived for newly admitted attorneys and recent law school graduates who complete an enrollment application and certify that they will be applying for admission to the New York bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York as newly admitted attorneys. The applicant will become a temporary member through December 31 following their law school graduation year.
A benefit of Temporary Membership includes free NDNY-FCBA sponsored CLE programs, member access to our Members Only portion of the website including access to all CLE Materials, Practitioner’s Tips and Decisions of Interest, to include other useful links and resources. Temporary members receive invitations to all NDNY-FCBA events.
The FCBA currently schedules 12 or more CLE programs during the calendar year. Many of our CLE programs include Panels from the Judiciary of the Northern District of New York to include District Judges, Magistrate Judges, Bankruptcy Judges, as well as many notable attorneys in the Northern District.
When temporary membership has expired the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Membership dues remain very reasonable (currently) at $100.00 per year.
