The NDNY Federal Court Bar Association will host a Special Admission Ceremony
for Officers of The Judge Advocate General’s Corps
on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Fort Drum, New York.
Applications must be filed electronically via an attorney’s individual PACER account. A firm application deadline has been set for Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Applicants need not include a Declaration of Sponsor form or an Order form with their application. The Court no longer requires a sponsor and will prepare one all-inclusive Order for the presiding Judge’s signature.
Complete the application here. Be sure to select the Special Group Admission Ceremony method of admission on the Attorney Registration form. Sign and date the forms and, if required, include a Certificate of Good Standing issued by a Court within the past six months. In accordance with Local Rule 83.1(e), a Certificate of Good Standing is required for attorneys in the employ of the United States Government who are not admitted to another United States District Court.
Log into your PACER account and submit your application to the Court using the following instructions: https://www.nynd.uscourts.gov/file/how-submit-application-pacer
Upon review and acceptance of an application, a ceremony attendance confirmation will be emailed to the applicant.
