You are invited to join us for an evening of meaningful conversation and celebration as we explore the enduring legacy of Karen DeCrow and the vital role of mentorship in advancing women in the legal profession.  This year’s panel brings together inspiring voices to discuss how generational support and mentorship continue to shape opportunities for women lawyers – honoring the trailblazing work of Karen DeCrow while looking toward the future she helped build.

A Special Celebration: Following the panel, we will celebrate the retirement of the Hon. Thérèse Wiley Dancks L’91 whose distinguished career has profoundly impacted our Syracuse Community and counter Syracuse Law students throughout the years.
