The Hon. Frederick J. Scullin Jr. Scholarships

In December 2005, the NDNY-FCBA established The Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. Scholarship Program to recognize exemplary law students who attend the three law schools in the Northern District of New York:  Albany Law School, Cornell Law School, and Syracuse University College of Law.  Each year, the FCBA’s Historical, Awards & Honors Committee recommends one second-year student from each law school.  Each scholar receives an award and scholarship.
