Program Summary: Panelists will discuss best practices with respect to Pretrial Services Reports and Pre-sentence Investigation Reports. This CLE should be helpful to both newer and experiences practitioners who want to learn more about the process that Probation Officers follow in writing Pretrial Services Reports and Pre-sentence Investigation Reports, and how judges use these reports.
