Program Description: A day-long training covering important topics including developing the fourth amendment record, Supreme Court and 2nd Circuit updates, understanding Cellebrite Reader forensic reports, amendments to sentencing guidelines, recent developments for challenges to federal prosecutions, and ethical considerations for criminal defense attorneys.

The NDNY FCBA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. “NDNY Local Rules: Updates, Amendments and What Practitioners Need to Know” has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 5.5 Credits in Skills & 1.0 Credits in Ethics. This program is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys. This is a single program. No partial credit will be awarded.
