This CLE will present tips and strategies from a panel of Federal Court Judges and experienced trial attorneys on jury selection and opening statements in Federal Court. Topics will include the Voir Dire process, identifying juror bias, navigating peremptory and for cause challenges, and how to avoid common mistakes in both jury selection and opening statements.
