CLE & Special Admission Ceremony for Officers of The Judge Advocate General’s Corps – Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Fort Drum, New York.

Jag Admission Ceremony on May 6, 2025 at Fort Drum

The NDNY Federal Court Bar Association will host a Special Admission Ceremony
for Officers of The Judge Advocate General’s Corps
on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Fort Drum, New York.

Applications must be filed electronically via an attorney’s individual PACER account. A firm application deadline has been set for Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Applicants need not include a Declaration of Sponsor form or an Order form with their application. The Court no longer requires a sponsor and will prepare one all-inclusive Order for the presiding Judge’s signature.

Complete the application here. Be sure to select the Special Group Admission Ceremony method of admission on the Attorney Registration form. Sign and date the forms and, if required, include a Certificate of Good Standing issued by a Court within the past six months. In accordance with Local Rule 83.1(e), a Certificate of Good Standing is required for attorneys in the employ of the United States Government who are not admitted to another United States District Court.

Upon review and acceptance of an application, a ceremony attendance confirmation will be emailed to the applicant.

The Admission Ceremony will be followed by a CLE on Remote Proceedings and a light lunch. See below.

The NDNY FCBA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. Remote Proceedings: Best Practices: New Procedures: New Opportunities,”  has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 credit in Law Practice Management. This program is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
