Law Day is an annual commemoration held on May 1st to celebrate the rule of law and cultivate a deeper understanding of the legal system. The Voices of Democracy Law Day theme encourages Americans to participate in the 2024 elections by deepening their understanding of the electoral process.
The NDNY Federal Court Bar Association will host a Special Admission Ceremony for Officers of The Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Fort Drum, New York. The Admission Ceremony will be followed by a CLE on Remote Proceedings and a light lunch. Local Attorneys are welcome to attend, with pre-registration and visitor’s pass.
On July 16, the FCBA Criminal Practice Committee will be holding a Zoom CLE on asset forfeiture and restitution, combined with follow-on criminal practitioner happy hours in Albany and Syracuse. Please stay tuned for more information and a registration link coming soon.
