Federal Criminal Defense Training
Total CLE Credit Eligibility: 6.0 hours (5.5 Skills, 1.0 Ethics)
A day-long training covering important topics including developing the fourth amendment record, Supreme Court and 2nd Circuit updates, understanding Cellebrite Reader forensic reports, amendments to sentencing guidelines, recent developments for challenges to federal prosecutions, and ethical considerations for criminal defense attorneys.
