NDNY Local Rules: Updates, Amendments, and What Practitioners Need to Know

Program Summary: This program will discuss the Local Rules of the Northern District of New York. The presenters will provide information on recent amendments to the rules, as well as highlight the rules that are most commonly missed by practitioners. The presenters will also provide updates about programs and developments being implemented in our District.
