The Northern District of New York will sponsor an Admissions Ceremony to admit attorneys to the bar of the Northern District of New York following the CLE program on March 6, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Ceremonial Courtroom, Third Floor, 100 South Clinton Street, Syracuse, New York. NDNY-FCBA Secretary, Mitchell Katz will move for admission of all applicants who have been approved for admission by the Court. The guest speaker will be the Hon. Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York. A reception for all newly admitted attorneys and their guests will immediately follow the Admission Ceremony.
Admission applications can be obtained from the Court’s Internet site, http://www.nynd.uscourts.gov or by contacting the Clerk’s Office at (315) 234-8500. The deadline for receipt of the attorney admission packet is February 24, 2014.
