Syracuse CLE Program: “Discovery Update and Trends”

The NDNY-FCBA CLE Committee presents the CLE program: “Discovery Update and Trends will be presented in two locations. The program will be presented in Syracuse on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the James M. Hanley U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse, 100 South Clinton Street, Syracuse, New York. The program will also be held in Albany at the James T. Foley U.S.. Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany New York on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. The program will begin at 9:00 ending at 10:15 a.m. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. This program offers 1.5 professional practice credits. The panelists will highlight recent and upcoming changes to the discovery rules, and address related practice issues concerning discovery proceedings, e-discovery, privileges, and inadvertent disclosure.

John D. Cook will act as the Moderator in Syracuse. The Panel Members are: The Honorable Andrew T. Baxter, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U. S. District Court Northern District of New York; David G. Burch, Jr., Esq., Hiscock & Barclay, LLP,; and Gioia A. Gensini, Esq., Career Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew T. Baxter, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.
