A day-long training, offered in two parts for busy practitioners, this CLE will cover the defense of federal firearms charges under 18 U.S.C. 924(c), techniques in elevating your client’s story in defense advocacy, tips for investigating the Defense case from a NDNY Investigator, a client’s perspective from inside Federal USPS and 2nd Circuit, and Supreme Court updates. This program is live only and will not be available virtually. Breakfast and lunch are included. There is no fee to attend.
