The NDNY-FCBA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. “Federal Criminal Defense Training 2026” has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 3.0 credits in Skills for the AM Program and 2.0 credits in Skills and 1.0 credit in Ethics for the PM program. This program is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys. This is a two-part program, and sign-in and out will be required for each session.
