Presented by Antony Haynes
Director of Cybersecurity and Privacy Law,
Professor of Law, Albany Law School
Course Summary: Today, courts and the legal system face challenges from artificial intelligence that impact evidence and admissibility, privacy and due process, and bias and fairness in judicial decision-making. By the end-of-the-decade, the challenges will grow to an existential level of whether there is any need for human beings to serve as judges and lawyers. Attend this CLE to understand the issues impacting justice in the machine age and learn what advocates and jurists can do about it.
