Course Description: A two-part training covering important topics including evidentiary authentication of social media, the Bail Reform Act, 21st Century technology tools, case budgeting, and 2nd Circuit and Supreme Court case updates.

Ethical issues and substantive and practical areas will be covered. Participants are eligible for CLE Credits (5.0 Skills, 1.0 Ethics, 1.0 Diversity).
