Presented by the Office of the Federal Public Defender
Course Description: A two-part training covering important topics including evidentiary authentication of social media, the Bail Reform Act, 21st Century technology tools, case budgeting, and 2nd Circuit and Supreme Court case updates.
IMPORTANT: This is a two-part program. You can choose to attend either or both the AM and PM sessions. CLE Credits will be awarded PER SESSION. Per NYS CLE rules, you must sign in and out of each session to be eligible for credit.
Morning Agenda:
8:15 – 9:00: Registration for morning program and continental breakfast
9:00 am – 12:10 pm: CLE Instruction
12:10 pm – 1:30 pm: Registration for afternoon program and lunch (provided)
