Please join the Honorable Robert E. Littlefield, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of New York, for a presentation tailored for those attorneys within their first decade of practice. Judge Littlefield will share pointers on courtroom conduct and strategies for arriving to court prepared. There will be time for questions and answers and open discussion. Light refreshments will be provided following the presentation.
This program will be held in the First Floor Jury Assembly Room, James T. Foley U.S. Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, New York on Wednesday, October 10, 2014, from 12:00-1:00 pm. The presentation is open to NDNY- Federal Court Bar Association members in their first ten years of practice. Please register by Friday October 3. There will be light refreshments following the discussion.
