Treece, (Matthews), U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York; and Professor John Q. Barrett, (Jackson), Professor of Law, St. John’s University and Elizabeth S. Lenna Fellow, The Robert H. Jackson Center.
The program will be presented at the Albany Law School, 80 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York.
