This program will discuss recent updates to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence, as well as recent changes to the Local Rules in the Northern District of New York. The presenters will highlight rules that are most commonly missed by practitioners and provide updates about programs and developments being implemented in our District.
